Master Data/Production Analyst - Tokoroa

Carter Holt Harvey – Plywood is looking for a Master Data/Production Analyst at our site based in Tokoroa. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this is a critical role in the commercial team.

As a Monday to Friday role, primarily office based, you will:

  • Manage the master data, including bill of materials, routings, costings, planned prices, production versions etc. ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Report and analyse production order variances
  • Provide financial information relating to materials including costing and pricing on a timely basis to relevant teams
  • Plan and manage all stocktake procedures and processes for both on and offsite locations including management of all counts, investigation of variances and reporting of stocktake results
  • Be responsible for the timely and accurate closure of all production orders
  • Ensure systems and processes are aligned to deliver accurate and timely information around variances relating to production orders, costings and log usage and conversion

About you:

  • 5 years or more experience in a manufacturing based role
  • Previous experience in production analysis
  • Previous experience in master data management and integrity control
  • Experience using SAP, Business Central or other ERP systems
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Business Central
  • Full, clean NZ driver licence
  • Previous experience in the timber processing industry an advantage, but not essential
